Experience The K-Phenomenon First Hand

While it may only be the thirty-first largest country in Asia, South Korean culture has permeated internationally since the 90s, thanks to the world's growing fascination with and adoration of K-Pop and K-Dramas. Don't miss this year's New York K-Con, the annual convention dedicated to all things Hallyu (which roughly translates to Korean Wave) back for another year of exciting meet and greets, panel discussions, pop star performances, food tasting and beauty promos.

K-Con first began as a humble one day event in Irvine, 2012. That same year, K-Pop rapper Psy bolstered the culture phenomenon's reach with his summer anthem Gangnam Style, increasing Hallyu's global appeal. Six years later, K-Con is back and bigger than ever, having spawned events in multiple cities and countries including New York, Los Angeles, Chiba in Japan, Mexico City, Paris and Abu Dhabi.
